Job Description

To design, develop and support ESD solutions in differentiated sub-micron technologies like 40nm, 28nm and 18nm with specific requirements like different supply and pad voltages.
• Complete in-depth understanding of basic necessary ESD structures and their TLP/VFTLP/DC
behavior so as to have a first-time predictive ESD offer
• To generate ESD Maximum Stress Voltage targets for the entire offer along with good understanding of
the possible failure criteria of each victim
• To ensure alignment of Models with silicon (MHW correlation) so as to have spice validated predictive
offer and strategy.
• To ensure all variants of necessary victims along with requisite ESD clamps are developed and sent on
Silicon, on time, so as to perform the correct ESD characterization.
• Should have the capability to advise the layout designer with the implementation requirements
• Run simulations and do post layout verifications
• Should have the ability to understand the specifications and do the required circuit modifications to
achieve them in a timely manner
o Ability to make trade-offs between power, performance and area appropriately to meet the
specifications

• Should be able to handle the project with minimal support

Experience : 1-3 yrs of ESD Design
