Job Description: Portfolio & Governance Management
• Support Project and portfolio planning, intake, prioritization, and execution reviews across programs and projects.
• Prepare for monthly intake reviews, quarterly portfolio reviews, and steering board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance, lifecycle processes, and approval checkpoints.
• Maintain the Approved Project List (APL) and project categorization (Projects vs Ops/Sustaining). Project Execution & Reporting
• Consolidate and publish project health dashboards covering scope, schedule, cost, risks, and dependencies.
• Track milestones, financials, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs across the portfolio.
• Support Program and Project Managers with status reporting, risk mitigation, and decision preparation.
• Help Project managers for deployment project management practices and tools Tools, Data Quality & Automation
• Act as key user / functional owner for PMO tools (e.g. Sciforma, ServiceNow, SAP, Power BI).
• Maintain project master data, resource data, and financial data accuracy.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and compliance checks.
• Drive standardization and automation of weekly/monthly dashboards and reports.
